The Challenge
BBVA needed to transform its organizational culture to respond to an increasingly dynamic and digital business environment. The challenge was to align business and technology teams, scale the adoption of agile practices, and strengthen the organization's ability to prioritize initiatives, make decisions, and accelerate value delivery.
The Solution
We supported BBVA's agile transformation by implementing an adoption model aligned with the organization's global guidelines. We worked alongside Agile Coaches, business and technology leaders, and cross-functional teams to introduce frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and SAFe 5.0, combining training, coaching, and mentoring.
In addition, we established team synchronization practices, agile change management initiatives, and tailored the framework to the organization's needs, enabling enterprise-wide adoption and continuous evolution.
