The Company
QMAX Energía is a technology company specializing in renewable energy solutions. It designs, manufactures, and commercializes equipment for energy generation and storage systems, supporting self-consumption projects with a focus on efficiency, innovation, and sustainability.
The Challenge
The company needed a solution for installers who were traveling hundreds of kilometers simply to identify issues with malfunctioning equipment, resulting in significant time loss. In addition, users had no way to monitor their energy consumption, so QMAX required a platform capable of remotely monitoring the status of its installations.
The Solution
Baufest became QMAX's technology partner by developing a platform that measures the energy efficiency of electrical devices in homes and businesses while detecting system faults. Through an Internet of Things (IoT) gateway installed in every device, the solution collects data from each installation every five minutes and displays it through an intuitive, user-friendly platform.
